Shamus was rescued from the Austin City Pound on 2/11/25 when no one claimed him and he was due to be euthanized. This guy is about 2 to 3 years of age and he is super friendly. He has tested neg for feline leukemia/FIV, is now neutered and is current on shots. His adoption fee is $80 and he will be adopted as an indoor only cat. To meet Shamus or any of our cats, go to mchs.rescuegroups.org and complete and submit our online application. You must be 21 to adopt from MCHS and a pet carrier is required at the time of adoption. We will review and get in touch to set up a meeting time. Our address is 101 22 ST SE, Austin, MN. We are located off of I-90 via exit 180B o 218 SOUTH. We are just past our local airport. THANKS.
