The Mower County Humane Society sponsors low cost Spay & Neuter assistance to pet owners in Mower County in multiple ways. One way is by sponsoring visits to our shelter by the MNSnap (Minnesota Spay Neuter Assistance Program) mobile surgical unit. We host the MNSnap visits six or seven times per year.
